According to its function, the equipment of the VAT water production line can be divided into three steps: washing, filling and capping. The working process is as follows:
1. Put the rod of the mouth of the empty bucket into the feeding bucket support, and the movement chain of the empty bucket gap moves one station. At this time, the empty bucket is inverted for the mouth and body to be washed.
2. Washing station: 12 lanes. [2 channels of lye hot washing (1-2 channels), 1 channel of drip, 2 channels of disinfectant (4-5 channels), 1 channel of drip, 2 channels of reuse water (7-8 channels), 1 channel of drip, 2 channels of pure water (10-11 channels), 1 channel of drip dry] Adopt 28-position stainless steel chain, 1 channel of filling, a total of 12 effective stations. Each flush takes 15 seconds. Rinse time can be adjusted automatically.
3. The cleaned clean bucket rotates 45 degrees downward with the chain, and the plastic bucket slides out by itself. Then the cylinder of the top bucket turns the bucket upward by 45 degrees, so that the empty bucket is placed in the filling position waiting for filling.
4. The filling valve is pushed into the barrel mouth by the cylinder, and the automatic exhaust filling valve opens the filling one by one. The filling time is set by PLC, and the filling time can be modified according to the level of the liquid level by using the multi-function button on the panel to achieve the best position. After filling to the liquid level, the excess water is returned to the pure water tank through the automatic exhaust port to reduce the waste of pure water.
5. At the end of filling, the cylinder will push the filled bucket to the gland position, and the cap will be pressed in the next filling, so that the whole production process is finished.
